Some evenings deserve a little more romance. Plated Possibilities invites you to Bistro Under the Stars — an elevated French bistro experience beneath the open sky on the terrace of Novel University Place.
The night opens with cocktail hour inside the clubroom, then rises to the terrace for a candlelit French dinner served course by course, under a radiant and bright starlit sky. Expect the soul of a Parisian bistro — classic techniques, seasonal ingredients, and unhurried elegance — reimagined for one unforgettable night in Charlotte.
Featured Chef — Chef Tiore McFarland
Chef Tiore’s love of food was planted in her grandfather’s backyard garden, where vegetables pulled fresh from the soil became meals that filled their house with warmth. That early lesson — that food is connection, creativity, and love — led her to L’Académie de Cuisine, a French culinary school, an apprenticeship in Paris, and almost over a decade sharpening her craft across hotels, high-end restaurants, and catering kitchens. As a former educator turned culinary instructor and personal chef, she pairs classical French technique with a teacher’s heart; making exceptional food feel accessible, exciting, and full of intention. In her words: “At the end of the day, I just want to make cooking easy and fun.” For Bistro Under the Stars, she’s bringing that artistry and more, to the table.

## Event Terms & Conditions: Plated Possibilities
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event hosted by Plated Possibilities, you (the “Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
### 1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage food waste and preparation costs.
Refunds: Tickets are fully refundable if a written request is received at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. Refund requests made within 10 days of the event will not be honored.
Transfers: If you are unable to attend and are outside the refund window, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Ticket transfers are permitted at any time after purchase up until 48 hours prior to the event start time.
How to Request: All refund and transfer requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Email Address] with your order number and event details.
### 2. Dietary Restrictions and Allergy Waiver
Plated Possibilities strives to provide a safe and inclusive dining experience. However, due to the nature of our kitchen and event service:
Notice Requirement: Attendees must disclose any known food allergies or severe dietary restrictions at the time of ticket purchase or no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Cross-Contamination: While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, our meals are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, and shellfish). We cannot guarantee that any menu item is 100% free of trace allergens.
Assumption of Risk: By attending the event and consuming food/beverages provided by Plated Possibilities, the Attendee acknowledges these risks and voluntarily assumes all responsibility for any allergic reactions or health complications that may arise.
Waiver of Liability: The Attendee agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Plated Possibilities, its staff, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to food allergies or dietary sensitivities.
### 3. Event Photography & Media
Plated Possibilities reserves the right to take photographs or video during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in our marketing materials, social media, and website unless you explicitly opt-out in writing before the event begins.
### 4. Code of Conduct
We aim to create an enjoyable environment for all guests. Plated Possibilities reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, illegal, or harassing behavior without a refund.
